How to Share Live Dashboards with Your Team
Keyword.comβs AI Visibility dashboards make it easy to track brand performance across competitors, citations, sentiment, and more. To collaborate effectively, you can generate a public, read-only dashboard link that gives stakeholders access to the exact metrics you want them to see.
1. Accessing the Share Option
From within your dashboard view, click the three-dot icon next to the project name.
This opens the menu where you can choose Share Dashboard.
2. Configuring What to Share
When the sharing window opens, you can customize what your viewers will see:
Visible Tabs: Select which tabs to include (e.g., Dashboard, Competitors, Citations, Sentiment).
Filter Behavior:
Start with current filters β Viewers see your current selection but can change filters.
Lock current filters β Viewers see your selection exactly as is and cannot change it.
3. Managing Access & Expiry
Expiration: Links expire automatically (default 30 days), but you can extend access (+30 days).
Control: You can create and revoke links at any time.
Visibility: Shared dashboards are read-only, so no one can alter your data.
4. Best Practices
Share locked filter views when reporting to external stakeholders to ensure consistency.
Use current filter views internally to allow teammates flexibility in exploring the data.
Revoke or regenerate links if you need to update access for security reasons.
β Tip: Shared dashboards are perfect for executive reporting and cross-team visibility without requiring direct platform logins.
