How find terms works
Step 1: Select a topic
Find Terms requires selecting a Topic.
The system uses:
Topic name
Description
Keywords
Better topic structure = better suggestions.
Step 2: Set default engines & frequency
Before adding suggestions, you can configure:
Default AI engines
Default update frequency
These settings apply to selected terms unless changed.
This allows fast bulk configuration.
Step 3: Review and select suggestions
The system generates a list of prompts.
You can:
Review each suggestion
Select only the ones you want
Confirm engine & frequency
Add them to Search Terms
You are not required to add all suggestions.
