Updated over 2 weeks ago

What it is

Find Terms is an AI-powered suggestion tool that generates structured prompt ideas based on:

  • Your brand

  • Your topic

  • Topic keywords

  • Brand description

It helps you quickly discover prompts to track without manually brainstorming each one.

Why it matters

AI visibility depends entirely on the prompts you track.

Find Terms helps you:

  • Expand topic coverage

  • Identify commercial and informational variations

  • Reduce guesswork

  • Accelerate onboarding

However, it is a strategic suggestion engine, not a search query log.

How find terms works

Step 1: Select a topic

Find Terms requires selecting a Topic.

The system uses:

  • Topic name

  • Description

  • Keywords

Better topic structure = better suggestions.

Step 2: Set default engines & frequency

Before adding suggestions, you can configure:

  • Default AI engines

  • Default update frequency

These settings apply to selected terms unless changed.

This allows fast bulk configuration.

Step 3: Review and select suggestions

The system generates a list of prompts.

You can:

  • Review each suggestion

  • Select only the ones you want

  • Confirm engine & frequency

  • Add them to Search Terms

You are not required to add all suggestions.

What Find Terms is (and isn’t)

What it is

What is is NOT

  • A context-aware prompt generator

  • A structured way to expand coverage

  • Helpful for onboarding and scaling

  • A real-time AI search query database

  • Access to ChatGPT or Gemini user logs

  • A record of what people are currently asking

AI engines do not expose that data publicly.

Find Terms generates likely, strategic prompts, not user query history.

Best practices

  • Define your brand clearly before using Find Terms

  • Build strong topic descriptions first

  • Use default engine & frequency wisely

  • Add 10-20 strong prompts per topic

  • Combine AI suggestions with manual strategic prompts
