Account Project Overview (Project Summary)

Updated this week

The Account Project Overview (also called the Project Summary) is the main overview page for all projects in your Keyword.com account. It gives you a high-level view of every project and project group, including keyword counts, ranking distribution, and recent movement.

This page is designed for fast scanning, comparison across projects, and bulk actions.

Why it matters

This page helps you:

  • See how all projects in your account are performing at a glance

  • Compare ranking distribution across multiple projects

  • Spot improvements or drops without opening individual projects

  • Export project-level reports for sharing or archiving

  • Manage projects (edit, archive, delete) from one place

How to access the Project Summary

To open the Project Summary:

  1. Click the Keyword.com logo in the top-left corner of the app

This will take you to the Account Project Overview page.

Views available

The Project Summary has two views:

  • Table view (data-dense, sortable)

  • Chart view (visual, trend-focused)

You can switch between views using the view toggle on the page.

Table view

What you see

In Table view, all projects and project groups are listed in a table with the following columns:

  • Date added – The date the project was created

  • Total keywords – Total number of tracked keywords in the project

  • Ranking distribution – Number of keywords ranking in:

    • Top 10

    • Top 20

    • Top 30

    • Top 50

    • Top 100

  • Movement indicators – Visual indicators showing whether keywords in each bucket have improved or declined in ran

Actions available

From the Table view, you can:

  • Export the project ranking table as:

    • PDF

    • CSV

    • TXT

  • Edit a project

  • Archive a project

  • Delete a project

All actions are available directly from the table row.

Chart view

What you see

Chart view presents the same project data in a more visual format. For each project, you’ll see:

  • A keyword position distribution chart, showing how many keywords rank in:

    • Top 10

    • Top 20

    • Top 30

    • Top 50

    • Top 100

  • Keyword movement by position bucket, visualizing gains and losses over time

This view is useful for quickly understanding performance trends across multiple projects.

Actions available

From Chart view, you can:

  • Export the project ranking table as:

    • PDF

    • CSV

    • TXT

  • Edit, archive, or delete a project

  • Export a single project summary

  • Export all keywords across all projects

Exports and reporting

From the Project Summary page, you can:

  • Export individual project summaries

  • Export the full project ranking table

  • Export all keywords across your account

Exports are designed for sharing with clients, stakeholders, or for offline analysis.

Best practices

  • This page is an account-level overview, not a keyword-level analysis

  • For detailed keyword history, SERP features, and daily movement, open an individual project

  • Use Table view for precision and exports

  • Use Chart view for quick performance comparisons and trend analysis
