AI Visibility tracks your brand’s presence in AI-generated search results like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini, Mistral and Google’s AI Overviews. Once activated for a search term, updates happen automatically based on your selected frequency (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly).
When do automatic updates happen
Each hour, all search terms scheduled for an update are queued and processed.
Updates are spaced out depending on the last time a search term was updated.
If you've selected hourly, the next update will run roughly 1 hour after the last run.
If you’ve selected daily, the next update will run 24 hours after the last run.
If you've selected weekly, the next update will run 7 days after the last run.
If you've selected monthly, the next update will run 30 days after the last run.
⚠️ Because ChatGPT and Perplexity results take longer to generate, automatic runs may take up to 30 minutes to complete once they start.
You don’t need to do anything. Your terms will keep updating in the background at the set interval.
What if I trigger a manual update?
You can also refresh individual terms manually if you’d like to check the latest results right away.
Manual runs are deducted from your credit balance.
Please note: ChatGPT and Perplexity may still take up to 30 minutes to return a result, even when triggered manually.
