Google SERP Global Search

Search and filter keywords across all projects to quickly locate rankings, URLs, and performance trends.

Updated this week

What it is

Google SERP Global Search is a universal search bar available at the top of the Keyword.com interface. It lets you quickly search across all Google SERP-related data in your account, without needing to manually navigate between projects, keyword lists, or views.

Why it matters

As accounts scale, finding a specific keyword, project, or SERP quickly can become time‑consuming. Global Search removes friction by giving you a single entry point to locate ranking data instantly, regardless of where it lives in your account.

This is especially useful when:

  • You manage multiple projects or large keyword sets

  • You jump between client accounts or workspaces

  • You need to quickly answer a ranking or visibility question

How it works

The Global Search bar supports simple operators to help you narrow results across all Google SERP projects.

As you type, results update in real time and return a combined list from all projects you have access to.

You can search using:

  • Plain text (e.g. a keyword, domain, or project name)

  • Search operands (operators) to narrow results

Supported search operands

Use these operands in Global Search to filter keyword results across all projects:

Operand

Practical examples

  • Search by keyword across all projects
Enter part of a keyword to see every matching keyword, regardless of project.

  • Search by tag across projects
Use tags:<tagname> to return all keywords with that tag across all relevant projects.

  • Find all ranking keywords globally
Use rank: > 0 to return a cross-project list of keywords that currently rank in Google.

These searches return a single combined keyword list, which is useful for cross-client analysis, audits, and exploratory investigation.

Selecting any result takes you directly to the relevant keyword or project context.

Where to find it

The Global Search bar is always visible at the top of the Keyword.com interface, across all Google SERP pages.

You do not need to enable or configure it. It is available by default to all users with access to Google SERP projects.

What to expect

  • Results appear as you type, but may take a moment to load depending on account size and current performance (we’re actively improving Global Search speed).

  • Results are limited to Google SERP data you have access to

  • Clicking a result navigates you directly to the relevant context (project, keyword, or SERP view)

If you do not see a result, it usually means:

  • The keyword or project does not exist in your account

  • You do not have access to that project

  • The item is archived

⚠️ If you do not see a result, it usually means:
