The Alerts feature in our Google SERP Tracker lets you monitor keyword ranking changes in real time, so you can take quick action when needed. Whether you’re tracking SEO performance for your own domains or client sites, this tool gives you full visibility into what’s improving or slipping.
What Alerts Show
The Alerts view is a real-time feed of keyword ranking changes across your projects. You can:
See keyword movements sorted by time (e.g. 4 hours ago, 1 day ago).
View changes in both directions:
Positive movements (rank increases)
Negative movements (rank drops)
Filter by project or use the “Group Alerts By Project” toggle to organize your view.
Example:
You’ll see a breakdown including the keyword, tracked URL, previous rank, new rank, and search volume where available.
You can also enable “Group Alerts By Project” to see summary stats for each project, like total positive vs negative movements. This gives you a high-level snapshot of performance across all your tracked sites.
