What data we collect

  • Keywords, domains, competitors, and tracking settings

  • Tracking results and historical performance data

How your data is used

Data retention

As long as your account is active:

  • Tracking continues normally

If you cancel your account:

  • Access is disabled

  • Tracking stops

  • Data is kept for a limited time in case you need reactivation or support

After that period, data is permanently deleted.

You can request earlier deletion by contacting support.

You can request:

  • Account deletion

  • Data deletion

  • Data exports can be done within the app

Requests are handled by support. We may need to verify account ownership before processing.


Who can access your data

Only authorized Keyword.com employees can access production systems, and only when necessary for:

  • Customer support

  • System maintenance

  • Investigating technical or security issues

All access is restricted and logged.


Third‑party services

We use trusted third‑party providers for things like:

  • Keyword and Search Term related metrics

These providers:
