We have made it super easy for your to import your keywords from other tools in bulk with their historical ranking data into Keyword.com - You no longer need to loose out on your track record because you are changing rank trackers.

How to import keywords and ranking history from a CSV

From the main menu click 'Import Data'

Update the CSV with all the data you need to import into your Keyword.com account

1. If you have exported your data from another tool, simple format that export to match the Keyword.com import template

When adding your historic data add 1 column for each date - making sure the date in the column header is in the same format. You can add as many columns as you need, provided they do not exceed CSV limits

Once uploaded you will see a table with the mapped data

1. In the Start Rank History field - select the start date of the historical data from the drop down
2. In the End Rank History field.select the last date of the historical data from the drop down

If there re any errors in the data, these will be highlighted in red on this screen

You can correct the data directly in the table

1. From the main menu click 'Import Data'
2. Download the CSV template 
3. Update the CSV with all the data you need to import into your Keyword.com account
 1. If you have exported your data from another tool, simple format that export to match the Keyword.com import template
4. When adding your historic data add 1 column for each date - making sure the date in the column header is in the same format. You can add as many columns as you need, provided they do not exceed CSV limits
5. Once uploaded you will see a table with the mapped data
6. If you are importing historical data 
 1. In the Start Rank History field - select the start date of the historical data from the drop down
 2. In the End Rank History field.select the last date of the historical data from the drop down
7. Click next
8. If there re any errors in the data, these will be highlighted in red on this screen
9. You can correct the data directly in the table
10. Once done, click 'Import'

Note: CSV files have a limit of 32,767 characters per cell. With a general limit of 1,048,576 rows and 16,384 columns per sheet.
