Occasionally you might experience the interface breaking with SerpBook, this can be usually affected by a CSS or Javascript Issue.

We're here to help, a few common issues can include:

  1. New plugin or addon installed possibly blocking a script
  2. An update on our end had impacted your account and caused something to break


  1. Test the same page on another browser (ie. Chrome / Firefox / Internet Explorer)
  2. Double check to see there are no plugins / addons that can be affecting SerpBook
  3. Clear your cache

Onpage Issues

Step 1:
Right click the page and click on "Inspect" (Chrome) or "Inspect Element" (Firefox).

Click on "Console" tab

If there are any (Javascript) errors, this will be displayed here. You can contact us, by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right side of this page.

Action Issues

Step 1:
Right click the page and click on "Inspect" (Chrome) or "Inspect Element" (Firefox).

Step 2:

  1. Click on "Network" tab
  2. Click on "XHR"
  3. Perform the action again that was giving the error (ie. adding keywords, adding tags)
  4. Click on the last request
  5. Click on "Response" and paste that to the chat support or send a screenshot of what you are seeing
